We also tailor the stator profile dimensions to the respective customer requirements. New developments, the creation of prototypes and all processing steps for subsequent series production can be carried out in-house, completely independently of external suppliers. Thanks to the in-house elastomer development, customized solutions can be created for a growing variety of new applications. The quality of the stators is monitored by our own physical testing laboratory, where tight dimensional tolerances and functionality are closely controlled. In addition, the complete tool design, tool production and core pin production are carried out in-house, which ensures the company’s internal know-how and optimizes manufacturing costs. Different manufacturing processes enable optimal unit costs for both small and large series.
