We produce BestBelt feed belts for wide belt and brush grinding machines that provide the final finish on furniture components such as cabinets, beds, tables and kitchens.<\/p>

In close collaboration with users and manufacturers, we have developed the right feed belt for every application, whether it be for a small workshop or the furniture industry. Our feed belts are used in grinding and brushing machines.<\/p>

Thanks to the low manufacturing tolerances in the production of our BestBelt feed belts, you can always achieve excellent sanding results. Our conveyor belts consist of four elements: the cover with various profile variants, the tension member, the intermediate rubber and the sliding layer.<\/p>

We offer our cover plates with various surface structures \u2013 they are specially adapted to the material and the type of processing you use. Our highly abrasion-resistant sliding layers for wet and dry grinding and low-stretch tension member fabrics combined with intermediate rubber are characterized by consistent product quality. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe rubber of the cover plate is a combination of various base polymers (NR\/NBR\/SBR\/EPDM). The largest part consists of natural rubber (NR). The continuous temperature load should ideally be between -15\u00b0C and +60\u00b0C. The structure of the top plate is adapted to your process task \u2013 you can choose between a circular hole, diamond pattern or smooth top face. The static friction of the top plate is approx. 0.95\u03bc when delivered with a fresh grind.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It can be stretched up to a maximum of 1% in the lengthwise direction, based on the open length of the belt.
